He is a Licensed Agent, but his primary responsibilities are as Broker and Owner of Own In Cabo Real Estate, my passions are Family, Friends, Boating, Basketball(and yes I am a diehard Warrior’s Fan and had season tickets when they couldn’t win 30 games in a season) and unfortunately food.
I have been a great negotiator since I was 3 years old (I still don’t eat very many vegetables) and I am a numbers guy, the combination of these two make me an extremely valuable asset in your corner when negotiating the best deal for your home in Cabo. I originally passed my real estate exam at age 21, over 30 years ago in California.
After dreaming of living in Los Cabos for 20 years my lovely wife Deborah and I moved to Cabo San Lucas full time in 2013 when we purchased 18 homes from the bank in El Cielito, Rancho Paraiso.
