She was born in the popular seaside tourist town of Mazatlan. In high school she had the good fortune of living in the Seattle area for a year and polishing her English-speaking skills. After high school, like many of her generation, she studied tourism and then worked for 10 years in both the hotel and airline industry honing her people skills. In 2001 she had the opportunity to come and work in the Los Cabos area, and seeing the potential for growth, took the leap. For the last 10 years she has been assisting people in fulfilling their dreams of owning property in this coastal paradise. As a real estate agent, she has created long-lasting friendships with her clients, and her knowledge of the area and experience with the process of buying and owning real estate in Mexico has made her an invaluable asset to anyone looking to call Los Cabos their home.
Josie is married and has three teenage children and enjoys exploring with them all the amazing adventures the Baja Peninsula has to offer. She welcomes you to Los Cabos and looks forward to helping you find your special piece of paradise.
